These terms apply to the Halal Hustle Agency Starter System and this product website.

Educational digital product

The product is educational material and implementation resources. It is not a video course, coaching, done-for-you service, client-lead service, or a guarantee of income, replies, clients, revenue, profit, or business results.

Personal-use license

Purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive personal-use license. You may edit templates for your own agency or business and use completed outputs in that business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publicly upload, or claim authorship of the original system.

Buyer responsibility

You are responsible for learning, testing, and delivering any service before selling it; for using clear scope, agreements, payment processes, and appropriate local review; and for complying with rules that apply to your own business.

Limitations

The product does not provide legal, tax, financial, or religious rulings. Contract-related material is educational and should receive appropriate local legal review before commercial use.

Checkout and intellectual property

Purchases are completed through an external checkout provider, whose transaction terms also apply when the checkout is opened. The product, website copy, and original materials are protected intellectual property. Owner identity information will be supplied through the configured checkout or publication details before live sale.
