Refund policy

This policy applies to the Halal Hustle Agency Starter System, a digital product delivered through an external checkout.

Seven-day conditional review

Purchases are generally final after files have been accessed or downloaded. A refund may be reviewed within seven days of purchase if the download is corrupted and replacement does not resolve it, a material file listed on the product page is missing, you were charged more than once, or the delivered product is materially different from its published description.

What is not covered

Refunds are not promised for change of mind, failure to use the materials, lack of compatible software, failure to achieve income, clients, replies, or business results, or expectations not promised on the sales page.

How to request a review

Reply to your purchase receipt or use the purchase platform’s contact process. Include enough information to identify the order and explain the issue. Where appropriate, a replacement download or missing listed file may resolve the issue before a refund is considered.
